Project 2231, a leading Hospitality and Entertainment company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead comprehensive marketing initiatives across various ventures. The Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand identity, driving strategic marketing efforts, and ensuring measurable success in a competitive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all marketing campaigns, aligning creative direction with strategic goals.
- Oversee social media ad management, collaborating with Owners and Leadership on budgets and targets.
- Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning for product profitability.
- Analyze financial aspects of product development, staying updated on market trends.
- Implement inventive marketing tactics across various channels.
- Provide monthly reporting on campaign effectiveness, expenditure, and trackable sales.
- Manage public relations, address internal/external issues, and conduct competitor research.
- Social Media Ad Management for various platforms including Meta Ads, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Lead and develop the marketing team, coordinating promotional activities.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing (MBA/master’s degree a plus)
- 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, including five years in senior leadership in Marketing.
- Proven track record in multi-business marketing, with five years in social media ad management

Salary: $80,000.00 per year plus Commission
