About You

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand and refine development requirements, ensuring alignment with campaign strategies and company goals.
- Lead the development, testing, and deployment of full-stack web applications to enhance the marketing ecosystem, including content management and customer relationship management in coordination with the broader Technology team.
- Manage and maintain the integrity of the Contentful platform, ensuring seamless content delivery and optimal user experience.
- Design and implement robust integrations with Microsoft Dynamics and other platforms to streamline marketing processes.
- Develop and maintain Email Management Systems, optimizing for deliverability and campaign performance analytics.
- Adapt to evolving marketing strategies and pivot project priorities as necessary to support dynamic business needs.
- Ensure all marketing technology solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry best practices.
Strong proficiency in:
- Content Management Systems (CMS).
- CRM integration, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms.
- Front-end technologies including CSS, JSON, and JavaScript.
- HTML and hand coding for custom solutions.
- Development environments such as Visual Studio.
- Implementing and managing DevOps processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of relational database design and data normalization.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptionally organized with an ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Competitive compensation - salary of $105k-$125k DOE
