Job Purpose:
In this role, this individual will be responsible for supporting the functions of Marketing Copywriter II, developing and managing current and new content for the companyʻs products and services.
This role has three primary objectives:
* Create new content for upcoming product / service launches and revisions to existing product / service sales and marketing tools, i.e. flyers, brochures, signage, user manuals
* Craft and proofread content prior to publication
* Manage existing marketing collateral libraries
This position will also assist with auditing the accurate use of materials in use (retail stores, warehouse, and other company point of distribution.
Essential Functions:
Excellent copywriting and copy editing skills and technical writing ability, Able to transcribe information and format for customer-facing collateral and communication. Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing communications (sales collateral, signage, etc). Proofread with the goal of sharing nothing that is not 100% error-free. Maintain and improve the content architecture and library. Assist with other corporate communications or marketing-related projects, as assigned. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize / multitask.
Education:
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Relevant Work Experience:
0 - 3 years in related field preferred
Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading experience (required) Strong mastery of spelling and grammar, great editorial style, a passion for organization and detail, a collaborative spirit, get-it-done attitude, and a desire to work in a fast-moving, leading-edge technology services company. (required) Action-oriented person who is willing to test completely new approaches, learn from failures and continue to improve (required) Experience communicating in a business-to-business sales environment (preferred) Understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment. (preferred) Experience creating content in a corporate setting (preferred) Experience developing and maintaining a content library (preferred)
Supervisory Responsibility:

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000
