Marketing Coordinator

This position is mostly remote / work from home with some travel required for events. Work equipment and travel accommodations are provided by the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to use social media and marketing campaign management technologies.
• Assist in managing digital ad platforms and search engine optimization tools.
• Create and maintain various platforms, landing, and web pages.
• Create, focus, and maintain a strong online presence for Enable Dental across multiple digital channels.
• Update blog posts and manage social media channels, track and report outcomes.
• Utilize social listening tools to generate market insights.
• Manage lead generations; maintain accurate analytics tracking.
• Develop value-added industry education programs.
• Implements marketing automation using best practices, and tracks feedback for process improvements.
• Collaborate with departments to create and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Must complete frequent compliance tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Computer Skills: An individual should have intermediate knowledge of dental practice management software and Microsoft office and internet software.

Education and or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Digital marketing experience preferred.
• Through knowledge of social media platforms.
• Microsoft & Google proficiency.
• Knowledge of dental terminology is a plus.
