Summary of Position:
Core States Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to bring fresh, creative marketing ideas to our national teams. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing-related collateral that drives the development of our architecture, engineering, and construction services. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the marketing director and collaborate with business development, department leaders, and project teams.

You are an excellent writer with a strong an eye for detail. You look at various pieces of marketing content and can construct a story, sharing our brand with internal and external audiences alike. You are organized and can manage multiple projects, often with overlapping deadlines and aren't afraid to reach out and collaborate with others. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain marketing-related collateral to include proposals, presentations, resumes, project profiles, digital marketing, and social media.
- Manage the proposal submittal process by collaborating with business development and department leaders.
- Add value to existing marketing materials and shape future collateral by writing clear, error-free content.
- Turn creative direction and technical information into persuasive copy concepts.
- Develop graphics to support marketing communication.
- Assist in maintaining CRM database.
- Coordinate logistics and execution of conferences, trade shows, and other events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Strong copywriting skills
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign (Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Team:
You will report to our Director of Marketing and work with a team of marketing and business professionals.
Work Location:
This is a hybrid role that will be based out of our Tampa, FL office. The expectation is that you will work out of the office 2-3 days a week.
