Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a fast-growing food manufacturer to support and execute marketing and communication strategies. The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies and tactics that drive revenue growth and increase profitability. The ideal candidate will have experience in both traditional and digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.
*This is a hybrid position with two days of work from home per week.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, email, and social media marketing.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and other collateral.
- Conduct research to gather data and insights on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain marketing databases to manage leads and track campaign performance.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to analyze data and report on key metrics for each campaign, including lead generation, engagement, and sales.
- Manage and coordinate marketing programs and promotions with distributors, including trade show marketing opportunities.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of surveys to gather customer feedback and track results.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that all lead sources are properly identified, tracked, and optimized to maximize revenue.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM software.
- Support the Marketing Manager in developing and scheduling campaigns, reporting, lead nurturing, and ROI analysis.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge and experience using digital marketing tools and/or platforms such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and CRM software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design programs.
- Experience in a variety of industries, including consumer-packaged goods (CPG).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
