Since 1991, MHA Management Consultants has dedicated itself to our physician clients. We have managed over 60 independent doctor's practice in specialty fields. As a Marketing Coordinator, you would play a critical role in driving success of healthcare practices across the Kansas City metro area.
We offer a competitive starting salary of $48,000-$60,000 with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits including Paid Time Off, Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Life and LTD Insurance, 401K Retirement Benefit, Paid Holidays, and Continuing Education Allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation Devise and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for various healthcare practices, utilizing paid advertising, email campaigns, review management, and print promotions. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Social Media Content Creation and Posting Create engaging content for social media platforms, develop content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with followers through comments and messages.
Website Management and SEO Ensure client websites are up-to-date and optimized for maximum visibility. Monitor SEO performance, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Reporting Build and maintain reports on key performance indicators such as marketing spend, ad performance metrics, and website traffic. Provide regular updates to the leadership team, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2 or more years of marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare or professional services setting.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as: Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is required.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Canva, and other graphic design tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of G4 Analytics is a plus.
