WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
As an LSM Coordinator, you’ll play an integral role within the LSM Department, which provides LSM resources across the FAT Brands
Portfolio. You’ll help the Sr. Local Store Marketing Director onboard newly acquired brands to LSM Programs, including LSM Action
Plans, Guides, Quick Sheets and more. You’ll also help manage the portfolio-wide Brand Ambassador Program, aimed at empowering
crew member employees to implement LSM programs in their neighborhoods. You’ll also coordinate and manage monthly LSM
Huddles, attended by Brand Ambassadors to communicate LSM happenings from the LSM Department and brand level marketing
teams.
This position is perfect for someone who is eager, not afraid to explore new ideas and who has experience working in a franchised
restaurant environment. The perfect candidate will feel comfortable speaking to and educating large groups of crew members and
Franchisees. They’ll also value fierce organization, meeting deadlines, working collaboratively with franchisees and their teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with Sr. Director of LSM and multiple brand Marketing Directors in coordinating Quarterly LSM Action Plans,
Quick Sheets and other LSM resources that are targeted to Franchisees and Brand Ambassadors.
• Collaborate with brand level marketing teams to discuss Quarterly LSM Action Plans, current LSM happenings/initiatives and
share LSM program effectiveness, which may later be featured during LSM Huddles.
• Work with Sr. Director of LSM to provide outsourced LSM platforms to Franchisees that will ease the implementation of LSM
programs and efforts.
• Ensure that specific deadlines are met with internal and external teams to meet LSM initiatives.
• Work with various external vendors and platforms, specifically current printer and online Franchisee hub to communicate all
LSM programs and resources.
• Collaborate with the Creative Teams to support Quarterly LSM Action Plans and other LSM initiatives.
• Communicate LSM Resources, including LSM Guides, Action Plans, Quick Info Sheets, Program Announcement Shorts
(Videos), Planning Guides and Webinars to Franchisees, Franchise Business Consultants, brand operations and training teams.
**Responsibilities may fluctuate based on experience and future brand acquisitions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, ETC.)
• At least 2-5 years of directly applicable marketing experience, preferably in a nationally branded, franchised restaurant
environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, psychology, communications, or related field preferred.
• Advanced written communication skills required.
• Be able to effectively communicate in a one-on-one setting and a team setting.
• Ability to set and meet deadlines.
• Experience using Dropbox, Facebook, Google My Business and Asana preferred.
• Dependable transportation required.
• Position is full time at Corporate Office (9720 Wilshire Blvd., Ste 500, Beverly Hills, CA 90212) but open to remote working.
• Some travel required.
