Role responsibilities as a Marketing Content Writer on our retainer-based team:

• Create and manage inbound Marketing Content for a portfolio 10-15 customers with the support of an Account Manager, Digital Marketing Strategist, and Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Execute the strategy crafted by the Digital Marketing Strategist (including email marketing copy, social media marketing captions, content marketing best practices, search engine optimization basics, lead generation campaign copy creation, and more)
• Develop lasting relationships with inbound marketing retainer customers and ensure ongoing customer success
• Understand customer’s business voice, tone, brand, messaging, audience pain points, objectives, challenges, and key success metrics
• Track, synthesize, interpret and translate campaign data into tangible, action-oriented strategies to always be increasing open rates, CTR’s and conversions for clients
• Strategic and creative approach to helping clients grow their businesses through inbound marketing best practices and creative problem solving
• Project management of ongoing content marketing campaigns and deliverables alongside your team
• Support content creation within annual campaigns for clients including landing page creation, social media marketing promotion, and email marketing campaigns
• Support company growth goals by tracking and reporting on key metrics, improving client retention, boosting client NPS, and reviewing other metrics for big picture understanding of trajectory

As a Marketing Content Writer, you will be a 10/10 fit at Builder Funnel if you have:

• In-depth working knowledge of search engine optimization and why it matters in digital marketing
• Keen eye for wow-worthy content in creating engaging social media posts, landing page sales copy, ad headlines, and email subject lines
• Experience in Marketing Software strongly preferred (we're a Platinum HubSpot Partner Agency)
• Experience in successfully collaborating and communicating with a larger team while hitting deadlines
• Keep current with inbound marketing and sales strategies, best practices, and associated resources
• Self motivation, self awareness, self discipline, self improvement, use good judgment, positive energy, willingness to help others
• The ability to adapt and create proactive change
• Strong listening and problem solving skills
• Identify process gaps and collaborate with the team to uncover optimal process efficiencies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
