Marketing Campaign Manager - Core Systems Solutions

The marketing team is growing! We are looking for a creative Marketing Campaign Manager who will work closely with our Product Management, Aftermarket and COE teams to plan, coordinate, implement and oversee various Marketing Campaigns for our systems solutions market. The Marketing Manager will also work with our in-house Creative Services team to develop campaigns and marketing collateral and bring them to market. This role is a key collaborator across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure seamless delivery against our brand's objectives and KPIs.To be successful you will need to be an excellent project manager and have a talent for working under pressure.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning: Manages the planning process for Marketing Campaigns; responsible for developing marketing briefs, including managing review cycles with senior decision-makers, and working with partners to gather inputs to inform briefs; ensures the marketing briefs align to strategic and annual plan objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Leads campaign execution with support from Sr Marketing Strategy Manager.. Acts as the primary point of contact for internal/external agency counterparts, and other partners for the review and execution of creative; key contact for actioning other execution-related needs from the business.
  • Campaign/Program Measurement: Translates brand-level strategic objectives into campaign/program-level plans; collaborates with partners to compile consumer/business insights (e.g., insights from the Customer CoE) and previous campaign learnings and uses these insights to inform the campaign strategy and brief; works with Marketing leaders to clearly define KPIs and objectives for each campaign.
  • Optimization, Innovation & Best Practices: Manages the measurement and reporting of marketing plan against forecast. Working with Sr. Strategy Manager to proactively optimize plans as needed to hit KPI’s. Coordinates the post-mortem process for larger campaigns/initiatives, including working with partners to compile campaign performance report reports with key metrics, facilitating post-mortem discussions, documenting learnings, and briefing leadership/ stakeholders on the learnings to share throughout the marketing organization.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to build prescriptive persona-based buyer journeys as the foundation for campaign strategy.
  • Manage system solutions sell sheets- keeping them up to date with the latest information.
  • Oversee our system solutions digital strategy and advertising.
  • Strategize on promotions with the COE team.
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure all campaign details are collected to build out product launch campaigns.
  • Work with marketers across our team and in our company to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Align with SDRs on results of top funnel campaigns, gain anecdotal feedback, and generate ideas for campaign optimizations.
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in marketing or related discipline
  • 5+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in field marketing or sales enablement
  • Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
  • Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong communication skills – written and oral
  • Entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment
  • Creative, innovative, and always think outside the box

  • Metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
