JOB SUMMARY
ClearBridge Investments is looking for a Marketing Associate - Presentation Specialist to join our New York-based marketing team to assist with the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral. The successful candidate will thrive in an environment where managing multiple projects under strict deadlines is the norm. Strong PowerPoint and chart creation skills are essential to the role. The Presentation Specialist role, part of a small group within the Institutional Marketing team, requires a flexible, “can-do” attitude, and presents opportunities for professional growth in your areas of interest.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Update time-sensitive marketing collateral
- Knowledge of Seismic application, including LiveDoc automation and Microsoft PowerPoint plugin.
- Develop, produce and maintain charts and tables (Excel and/or Illustrator)
- Complete standard updates independently and revisions as directed
- Create custom presentation graphics, pitchbooks, additional collateral (e.g., white papers) and other new materials and templates
- Consistently apply corporate design standards
- Participate in design and data visualization projects
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop new content, processes, and more
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain logo library
- Advertising design and production (print, Web)
- Design and produce graphics for social media
- Photo retouching and headshot library
- Supply web-optimized graphics for online use
- Assist with web site construction and updates
- Other responsibilities supporting team as needed
QUALIFICATONS
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of related experience
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Seismic, PowerPoint, Word and Excel required
- Familiarity with any or all of the below is not required, but would be an advantage:
- Adobe AEM, WordPress, Bloomreach, or similar web content management system
- Basic HTML/DreamWeaver
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Able to accommodate limited vacation blackout periods of up to 12 weeks/year
- Ability to work both within a team and independently
- Experience in the equity investment business preferred

- The salary range for this position is targeted for $80,000 to $105,000 plus discretionary bonus. Base pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience
