Marketing Assistant

I. Position Overview:

The Marketing Assistant will collaborate with President, Executives and Marketing Manager, primarily focusing on developing marketing materials for go-to-market launches across various markets, segments, products, and channels. Additionally, the Marketing Assistant will handle administrative tasks such as creating reports, conducting market research, and performing data analysis.

II. Specific Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

· Create eye catching marketing collateral (digital fliers, sell sheets, brochures, ads, newsletters, infographics, landing page designs, trade show display graphics), maintaining consistency with the company's branding, and develop sales support tools (eblasts, PowerPoint presentations).

· Assist in executing marketing campaigns and activities on calendar, including advertising, tradeshows, promotions, product launches, newsletters, social media, and sales tools development.

· Represent the company at tradeshows and conventions, supporting pre and post readiness and sales support activities.

· Support administrative tasks such as creating reports, conducting market research, and performing data analysis.

· Assists with additional responsibilities as assigned.

III. Essential Skills and Experience:

Education or Equivalent: (Minimum required to perform job)

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Courses related to graphic design a plus.

Knowledge/Skills Requirements:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Detail-oriented and organized work approach, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively.

· Strong graphic design skills, with advanced or professional design skills a must.

.Proficiency in related software: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and/or Google Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
