The Georgia Health Policy Center at Georgia State University is seeking to hire a Marketing Assistant (Temp). The Marketing Assistant (Temp) is a part-time temporary position providing high-level administrative and marketing support to the COE Marketing Manager within the Georgia Health Policy Center. This position supports the Center of Excellence for Children’s Behavioral Health within the center.
The Georgia Health Policy Center (GHPC), established in 1995, integrates research, policy, and programs to advance health and well-being. The center conducts, analyzes and disseminates qualitative and quantitative findings to connect decision makers with the objective research and guidance needed to make informed decisions about health policy and programs. Today the center is at work in more than 220 communities in all 50 states, helping our nation to improve health status. In 2017, the GHPC added a global portfolio, including work in Nigeria, Sudan, and Ireland.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
This position provides high-level administrative and marketing support to the COE Marketing Manager within the Georgia Health Policy Center. This position supports the Center of Excellence for Children’s Behavioral Health within the center.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Format briefs, reports, online invitations, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Graphic design work for COE digital and print marketing deliverables.
- Conduct light research, including online searches and formatting references.
- Manage the monthly inventory for COE marketing materials.
- General clerical duties such as filing, copying, and occasional errands to pick up printing.
- Post to the COE website, as needed.
Bachelor’s degree
