Marketing Assistant (Semi-Virtual)

Semi-Virtual Marketing Assistant - Schedule: (50/50 office in San Elijo Hills and virtual).

Candidates should live within 40 miles of San Marcos/North County San Diego as some video/photo work is required there, and some onsite hours too (Office in South San Marcos/San Elijo Hills).

Duties:

- Create and coordinate advertising campaigns and posts across multiple social media and web platforms

- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including creating and scheduling newsletters

- Design and coordinate print of property flyers, brochures, postcards and other marketing material

- Manage and update content on WordPress website

- Other marketing duties including database management

Skills:

- Research skills with the ability to gather and analyze information effectively

- Proficiency in analytics tools to interpret data and generate insights

- Familiarity with WordPress website system, FB, Instagram and other Social Media

- Understanding of advertising strategies and platforms (social media and web)

- Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management

- Ability to design and place online advertisements effectively (Social Media and Google/Bing)

- Strong copywriting skills for creating engaging marketing social media posts

- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva, video editing software, photo editing software
