Marketing Assistant, Partnerships

City Beauty is currently looking for a talented Entry Level- Marketing Assistant ,Partnerships to join our expanding team. If you’re a driven and innovative individual, with a passion for both creative and data, we’d love to hear from you. This is a full-time position. You will report to the Director of Affiliate Partnerships, and work closely with the all departments.

This is a onsite position in Burbank- Local candidates need apply

Responsibilities

• This role will support the day-to-day operations of the partnerships team

• Assist with influencer communications via email and DM to ensure ongoing promotion and engagement while building and managing relationships

• Preparing and shipping out packages for partnership campaigns and gifting

• Track and report KPIs

• Regularly update and maintain partnership data and database

• Assist writing compelling campaign briefs and onboarding materials for new partners

• Archive and organize all inbound influencer content

• Assist in project management with cross departmental requests

Qualifications

• Experience working with influencers a big plus but not required

• An understanding of the influencer landscape, from micro-influencers to top tier platform leaders

• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Passionate about marketing and eager to learn

• Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership and accountability
