Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Update the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
• Actively participate within a team to collaboratively create email ad campaigns
• Research potential RFP and bid opportunities both locally
• Collaborate with branding and design experts, and promo sales to maintain company collateral.
• Communicate with other industry vendors to promote and execute events and campaigns
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Analyze data from CRM to inform Marketing Team.
• Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
• Grow our presence on social media by regular interactions with helpful content.
• Generate metrics reports from current software on marketing and referral activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
• Assist with ordering and delivery of presentations and branded materials.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• High school or GED equivalent
• Microsoft Office, marketing software, social media platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition.
