Marketing Assistant

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping to drive the success of our campaigns. ```Duties```
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including content marketing, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative strategies that align with our brand and target audience.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to optimize results.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Support the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Assist with website updates and maintenance using WordPress.
- Help coordinate events and trade shows, including logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, sales principles, SEO best practices, social media marketing, Google Analytics, and marketing automation.
- Proficiency in using WordPress for website management.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.77 - $18.22 per hour
