We are expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Solar Engineer to join us on our mission to create a greener future for all.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our solar products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy to prospective and existing clients.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts by proactively identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads using various digital channels, such as social media, email, and phone.
- Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and consultations to assess client needs, propose tailored solar solutions, and address any questions or concerns.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless project implementation and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, and account statuses in the company's CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest solar industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving new business opportunities and securing repeat business.
- Self-Generate Leads
Requirements:
- No experience required
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry (Preferred)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to environmental sustainability
