Marketing And Promotions Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Marketing and Promotions Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Marketing and promotional activities, both in-person and online. You will play a vital role in helping us effectively market our products/services and engage with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Promotions and Outreach:Actively participate in face-to-face promotional activities to create awareness of our products/services and drive engagement.

Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, including product launches, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement creative promotional strategies.

• Content and Marketing Support:Assist in content creation for marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional emails.

Help maintain and update our digital marketing platforms, ensuring they are current and engaging.
Support the marketing team in conducting market research to identify consumer trends and preferences.

• Customer Interaction:Interact with customers in a friendly and informative manner, answering questions and addressing concerns.

Collect and relay valuable customer feedback and insights to improve our marketing efforts.
Assist in building and maintaining strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and Promotions.

Help prepare reports and presentations on key metrics, trends, and campaign results.
Contribute ideas for optimization based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is a plus).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Enthusiasm for Marketing and Promotions with a willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to participate in occasional evening or weekend events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
