Duties
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics
- Develop event concepts and themes that align with the organization's goals and target audience
- Create detailed event timelines and budgets
- Oversee event setup, including decor, audiovisual equipment, and seating arrangements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events
- Manage event registration and ticketing processes
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop event promotion strategies
- Cultivate relationships with local non-profits to host events

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Event Manager or similar role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

- Familiarity with Google Suite for collaboration and communication purposes
- Experience with marketing automation tools for event promotion and follow-up campaigns
