Qualis Corporation is seeking a Marketing & Communications Intern to assist the corporate office with various tasks on a variety of projects. This is a part-time position.
Responsibilities
- Assist with direct corporate marketing, communications, content creation, branding, proposal development and social media accounts
- Perform research in the area of GovCon (Government Contracting) marketing strategies
- Provide administrative support to business management staff and office personnel as assigned.
- Assist with the creation of company documents/presentations and other administrative projects to include coordinating company meetings and special events and maintaining conference room schedules.
- General office responsibilities include making photocopies, scanning documents, filing, and maintaining supply inventory.
- Office duties include answering the telephone and responding to general company inquiries.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements
- Must currently be a full-time college student pursuing a college degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related degree.
- Proficiency of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
- Excellent written and verbal skills required.
- Corporate and or personal social media experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter is preferred.
- Basic photography and videography skills preferred.
- Candidate must be able to independently and effectively work with all levels of management within the organization.
- Candidate must have excellent customer service, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Position requires good attendance, and punctuality.
