Small office is seeking a multi-talented marketing creative who is comfortable also proving office administration services. The right candidate would know social meda platforms Facebook and Instagram, and graphic tools like Canva, but also be capable to answer phones and schedule appointments. This is a good career transition position and we will provide training for the candidate with the right background and attitude.
Marketing Duties: Work with management to develop and implement targeted communications and advertising content for a multi-brand firm across a variety of media platforms. You will be responsible for creating content with others to engage customers in multiple media channels as part of campaigns, Communicate daily about content creations, overseeing campaign schedules and assist in determining success or failure by viewing key performance indicators.
Administration Duties: Receptionist who serves as the face of the company, receives and transmits emails, created MS Office documents, files, and scheduling across multiple calendars.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience in a small office setting
- 1-year expereince providing external social media service to customers
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Familiarity with email marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking and analytical skills
