ACCOUNT MANAGER / UPSCALE HOTEL PROPERTY MARKETING DIVISION
Full-time remote position / 8:30am-5:00pm Mon-Fri
This position is intended for those that have experience with Hotels, Resorts and Property Management companies only

- Active participation in helping us continue to raise our customer service bar
- Occasional client travel to support our client development efforts
- Collaborates with Creative, Technical and Executive teams to provide strategic advice
- Heavy emphasis on project management and ability to delegate to account coordinators.
Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with clients:
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
- Ability to open new dialog and engage in discovery
- Active listener to gain understanding of client business and identify new opportunity
- Collaborate with team members to solve inquiries and meet deadlines
- Maintain timely communications with clients
- Multi-task between various inquiries and systems in a fast-paced environment
- Obsessed about the details of budgets, schedules and client interactions, knowing that these are the bedrock to successful programs.

Qualifications:
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit - work remote with minimal guidance

- Strong consulting, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize while multi-tasking
- Advanced Word and Excel Knowledge
- Remote work experience, a plus
- Account management and Sales experience (5+yrs)
- Experience working in marketing in upscale independent hotel ownership scenario, a major plus.
- Willingness to travel (average of 25% of time annually)
