Market Research Analyst

aQity Research is looking for a Research Analyst to help conduct public opinion surveys. We seek bright, motivated individuals to assist with the survey design, sample processing/management, and data processing of qualitative and quantitative surveys. Successful candidates will learn data programs quickly, has a sharp eye for detail, will follow protocols carefully, works efficiently and communicates well with others.
Most of our surveys are of community residents for local government agencies and customer surveys for financial services companies. The surveys are fairly customized meaning each project represents new objectives and opportunities to learn. Both part-time (30-35 hours/week) and full-time positions are available. A strong knowledge of Excel and/or SPSS and good typing skills are a plus (there is no phone interviewing involved in this position). Opportunities for advancement are available. Our office is easily accessible by CTA and Metra in downtown Evanston.
