- Work with the HQ to execute the marketing and commercial plan in the source market.
- Support the implementation of the B2B commercial plan (roadshows, workshops, co-ops, fam trips, etc.)
- Support with trade relationship management (Tour Operators, Travel Agents, Airlines, hotels, associations and DMCs)
- Support marketing campaigns with trade partners, ensuring their deadlines are completed
- Provide administrator support to the department to ensure smooth-running of operations (diary management and arranging appointments)
- Track and report departmental actives (trade events, fam trips, joint marketing campaigns, etc.)
- Monitor the trends and maintain knowledge about current industry updates and practices.
- Create and implement co-marketing agreements and partnerships with top trade partners to promote and sell the product through B2B channels.
- Support the Business development/ Market Manager in their daily activities
- Any other back office daily activities
- Knowledge of the language Arabic could be an added advantage.
