We are looking for a full-time marine mechanic that is enthusiastic and looking for a career in the marine industry. We operate one of the largest recreational marina and boat yards in Connecticut. This is an opportunity to work in a pristine, waterfront environment, in one of the most beautiful places on the Connecticut shoreline. Our staff are veterans in the industry and work in a very high level environment. We are looking for an employee that is willing to learn, assist, and support.
Marina Mechanics should either have experience in the marina industry or have graduated from a school that specializes in marina mechanic training.

Marine Technician Requirements:
- Must have experience working in the marine industry
- Must have their own tools
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment
- Adhere to boat yard safety practice
- Is willing to assist in other yard duties, as needed, outside the direct scope of the job
- Assist in shrink wrap duties, which include using an open flame torch
- Assist in hauling/launching/blocking of boats
- Willing to assist in varied yard duties

Pay: $20.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
