- Perform mechanical repair work such as
- Rebuild power head
- Rebuild lower unit
- Rig new outboards
- Rig new electronics
- Rewire Boat
- Regular services
- Work without direct oversight and perform all work on work orders
- Maintaining work station as well as the service shop

```Qualifications```
- Drivers License
- Timely and accurate completion of work orders
- Knowledge of mechanical workings of Yamaha, Suzuki and Mercury outboards
- Understanding of all electrical on boats
- Preferred certification and/or technical training
- Be able to use forklift, tractor, hydraulic lift, and all shop tools
- MUST HAVE TOOL BOX AND OWN TOOLS
