JOB DESCRIPTION
As the face of our Marine Construction & Boat Lift service division, you will own educating clients on, selling, and administering installation, service, & maintenance solutions for Boat Lifts, docks, and seawalls, ensuring our clients can enjoy safe and reliable waterfront experiences, preserving their valuable investments. Maintain a working knowledge of all Marine Construction projects to provide clients with solutions that range the entire Dock Experts scope of work.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance Plans: Work with clients to identify the appropriate maintenance plans for their docks, seawalls, and Boat Lifts
Boat Lift Installation & Service Requests: Perform scheduled inspections, diagnostics, installations and maintenance on Boat Lifts, ensuring proper functionality and safety. This includes checking electrical systems, hydraulics, motors, cables, and any mechanical components
Construction Service & Maintenance: Lead a team to administer dock and seawall service, and maintenance (pilings, decks, docks, hardware, and additions
Marine Construction Projects: Maintain a working knowledge of our end-to-end product and service offerings to ensure clients are provided with any additional products and solutions to meet their needs.
Quality & Inspection: Maintain a standard of excellence, quality, and timeliness that meet or exceed expectations
