Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Outside Machinists for projects located in Honolulu, HI . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $28-30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Repair, modify, or overhaul various types of equipment or systems set up and operate portable machining tools or equipment
Manufacture, repair or rebuild parts/items of equipment from raw stock of different metals and metal alloys through the use of conventional or computer numerical control
Inspect installed machinery and equipment
Perform pump alignment to motors
Dismantle, repair or replace defective parts and reassemble machinery
Install ship machinery such as propelling machinery and steering gear working from blueprints
Requirements
Must be US Citizen or Naturalized Citizen
Must have clean background
Must pass drug screening
Must have Marine OSHA 10
Must be able to obtain a TWIC card and DBIDS access to Navy base
