Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a Marine Operations Analystto join our Marine team in Kennesaw, GA. The Marine Operations Analyst will beresponsible for the oversight and management of OEM and Affiliate MRP orders and fulfilment processing.
What you'll be doing:
- Support OBM Operations with OEM and Affiliate MRP orders and fulfilment
- Act as the main point of contact for Affiliate customers - order entry and maintenance, customer questions, etc
- Support Sales and Operations with questions related to MRP parts - availability, lead times, substitute offerings, etc.
- Work with Sales and Operations to allocate specified product to customers, including both domestic and export accounts
- With the support of Procurement, develop and maintain supply chain documents (PSI) used to provide accurate and timely availability information to properly manage OEM and Affiliate expectations. Coordinate and automate with SAP capabilities as they become available
- Perform sales pricing analysis in order to set annual price for MRP items
- Setup and maintain MRP related systems: pricing, programs, customer information (drop ship management
- Support in the creation and maintenance of price books, ridding guides, etc.
- Coordinate with Procurement department to ensure timely delivery of new product offerings
What you'll need to be successful:
- Must have a passin for the outdoors and Yamaha products
- BA/BS degree in business, or a related field is preferred
- Consideration given for 1-2 years of related experience
- Consideration given for 1-2 years of related experience.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to manage workload effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Must be decisive, thorough and detail oriented.
- Must be able to travel up to 10 - 15% with minimal notice.
