Marina Attendant

Looking for positive attitude and customer service orientated individual to assist in customer service, boat launching, movements and setup for customers coming and going from rack storage building.

Marina Attendants successfully completes all tasks related to the smooth operation of the Marina as instructed to promote the overall professional image of their respective OneWater store. They contribute to the customer’s delight and satisfaction by enhancing the appearance of every area and equipment on the lot. The position is non-exempt.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greets and serves all Marina customers quickly providing excellent customer experience
• Follows all safety and compliance regulations, with daily inspections to insure safe conditions
• Keeps the dock and customer areas clean and organized as instructed by management
• Professionally maintains and cleans equipment and docks as assigned
• Completes all other tasks as requested by management
• Operates gas pump and follows all processes concerning payment
• Reports any damages or concerns about the boats or equipment to management
• Exhibits a positive and energetic appearance in the work environment that contributes to the Sales and Service team members’ objectives
• Proves reliability and discipline by following all time keeping rules
• Demonstrates attentiveness when customers are around the dock, assisting as needed
• Appropriately demonstrates the proper use of equipment to customers as needed

Qualifications & Expectations

• Promotes team attitude and supports other team members, departments and locations to insure the customers have a seamless experience while at the Marina Area
• Preserves the professional image of the dealership through organization
• Safely moves boats and equipment as instructed
• Efficiently provides excellent customer service
• Positive interaction with all team members
• Proficient swimmer, Customer Service, Ability to learn about boats, Follow directions
• Lift 10 lbs infrequently, Standing, Climbing, Constant use of Hands, Outdoors
• Valid Driver’s License and valid boating license
