JobsOhio, the Ohio Manufacturers’ Association and Raise The Bar (RTB) are assisting several manufacturers in the region identify, screen and hire high quality employees for a variety of production roles.
WorkAdvance, a partnership of RTB and the Ohio Manufacturers' Association (OMA), provides career pathways for people looking for in-demand jobs in Hancock County.
We connect job-seekers to training, job placement, and support services to help them enter high-demand industries with opportunities for advancement. Upskilling opportunities are also available for employees to advance in their current careers. The program is funded through a three-year grant from the U.S. Economic Development Administration’s Good Jobs Challenge program.

Training is available in multiple manufacturing sectors. RTB also coordinates the WorkAdvance program with Financial Opportunity Center services to best serve participants.
