Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Manufacturing Technician. This position primarily involves maintaining fibroblast cell cultures to produce Fibroblast Conditioned Media and supporting various cell culture activities within a clean room environment. The ideal candidate will possess a background in Natural Science, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Main Areas of Responsibilities:
Maintain human fibroblast cell cultures within a clean room environment as per manufacturing schedules and established procedures.
Assist in the manufacture of solutions used in production and processing of raw materials.
Sample by-products using standard methodologies and ensure compliance with cGMP and GDP guidelines through accurate documentation.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cell culture complex, including refrigerators, freezers, and other equipment.
Assist in the cleaning and sterilization of all components, containers, and equipment used in the production department.
Support the maintenance of cell expansion cultures and assembly of cell culture roller bottles.

Experience working with mammalian cell cultures in a cleanroom environment.
Strong understanding of biology, including animal organisms, tissues, cells, and interactions.
Intermediate problem-solving attitude and high level of mathematical skills.
Experience in a GMP regulated environment and proficiency in aseptic technique.
Work Environment:
The position involves working in a clean room environment, requiring full head-to-toe gowning.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday for training (2 months)
One rotation: Sunday to Wednesday, 6 am to 4:30 pm
One rotation: Wednesday to Saturday, 6 am to 4:30 pm
Overtime may be offered or required as needed.
