Manufacturing Technician – 2nd Shift
Penmac Staffing is recruiting candidates for their Manufacturing Technician positions with a local Nutrition Production company. This is a Temp-to-Hire position, our client is looking for a full-time candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for advancement.
The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for the preparation, production, and packaging of blended materials.
2nd Shift (Monday – Friday): 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm
Pay: $15.75 per hour
Responsibilities can include:
*Maintain blend equipment and warehouse cleanliness
*Screen, blend and package a variety of vitamins, minerals and other allergenic substances
*Physically load/unload boxes and drums of material onto/from transportation vehicles
*Perform retention sampling on products in sterile conditions
Requirements include:
*High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
*Previous manufacturing or forklift experience
*Must be able to lift 55 lbs continuously, be able to work with amino acids, vitamins and fine chemicals in powder and liquid form as well as allergenic materials
