Job description

This warm and engaging Team Member will be an integral part of our Manufacturing Team, with a special focus on mixing and blending our syrup products. With a growing business, our Manufacturing Team Members work in a team environment producing our flavorful products for customers worldwide! Activities such as assembling raw materials, dispensing, and weighing ingredients to a recipe, mixing and blending, inventory control, and conducting quality checks will be part of daily work.   • Ownership: The syrup is flowing! Woo-hoo! You are in the driver’s seat in maintaining a consistent flow of syrup to the lines. Through proactive collaboration with your scheduling and planning partners, and intimate understanding of the batching process, you are flexible and nimble, always able to adjust our requirements to “delight” our customers and keep production lines rolling! This process is yours, and you pride yourself on having no “out of stocks” for WIP syrup within your control.
  • Communication: You are the “Conductor of Communication” while preparing our beautiful syrup products. In manufacturing, communication is a critical cornerstone to everything we do. You are perfectly in tune with what is happening in processing, scheduling, and the manufacturing floor. You are an affective communicator that is always “in the loop” and proactively communicates timely information to make the Manufacturing Team run like a well-oiled machine!

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing and/or technical experience (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with food safety practices
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Reliable and dependable with a proven record of reliability
  • Able and willing to work a flexible work schedule (including different hours and on weekends if the need arises)
  • Lives in SF Bay area, or willing to relocate at your own expense
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship (now & in the future)
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work M-F 9:00PM-5AM
  • $1.50 Shift Differential
  • Able to learn to operate Powered industrial vehicles.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
