Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm -flexible hours
Location: 18249 Phoenix Dr, Hagerstown, MD 21742
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 based on experience
As our Manufacturing Supervisor, you will:

• Manages employee's time cards, vacation and performance reviews
• Ensures quality of work entering and leaving department and make judgement calls
• Troubleshoots problems that impact work flow and quality in regards to jobs and/or machines
• Ensure proper work flow procedure and shipping requirements are met and all supplies and materials are present and replaced as needed
• Adheres to and promote all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, technical training with printing concentration preferred
• Minimum two years prior lead experience, with print or foil experience preferred
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 65lbs, stand/walk for 12 hours, and work in and around hot machinery
• May be exposed to liquid chemicals and/or vapors
• Must be able to read and understand written instructions, read a ruler, and perform basic math
• Position requires some mechanical aptitude and general knowledge of manufacturing operations
• Ability to read and understand technical press layouts, set up instructions and production instructions
