- Ensure accurate product completion to meet customer specifications
- Ensures achievement of production schedules in accordance with the objectives of cost - quality - lead time
- Organizes the training needs of teams
- Contributes to the industrial processes improvement with the functions supports
- Responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well being
- Ensures safety focused attitude by all employees
- Has ownership of group performance goals and objectives
- Work within a production system to acquire, report and analyze manufacturing data
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
- Experience in sheet metal and copper fabrication (Preferred)
- Experience powder paint operations (Preferred)
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Data Bases)
- Strong English Skills (read, write, and speak)
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
