This position is responsible for the proper and safe operations of the manufacturing line. The hours for this role is Monday-Thursday 4:00pm to 2:30am with overtime as needed.
1. Follows the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for specific manufacturing lines
2. Follows Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) guidelines for Good Manufacturing Procedures
3. Maintains good housekeeping of work area
4. Records proper product waste using correct documentation
5. Attends all required training: departmental training, on the job training, annual/refresher training, and/or corrective action training
