Job Title: Process Technician - 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11:30pm
Department: Production
Reports To: Manufacturing Manager
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and support 8-15 operators. Responsible for the 4-7 production lines of 1 Autonomous Manufacturing Unit
- Strive for 0 accident
- Teach and supervise Operators on the way to operate the production lines
- Support Operators to operate efficiently the lines and to solve the issues popping up
- Participate directly to changeovers, repairments and preventive maintenance
- Inform the Process Engineer about process issues and improvement ideas
- Inform the Operations Maintenance Coordinator about technical issues and improvement ideas
- Identify opportunities and create solutions for elimination of losses/waste
- Exchange good practices with the Process Technicians of the other shifts

Requirements
Technical High School (or equivalent by experience)

Pay: $35.00 - $36.00 per hour
