Manufacturing Operator - KS001

This position is working for a global science and technology company, at a manufacturing site which makes a dry powder product called cell culture media, which is used by pharmaceutical companies in the manufacture of human and animal pharmaceuticals.
A bit about you

• You're known for being timely and dependable at work, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• You have manufacturing, warehouse or quality experience
• You're technically savvy and familiar with computers
• You have the ability to complete paper-based documentation, are detail-oriented

A bit about the role

• All job activities are performed indoors under temperature-controlled conditions, using protective gear including scrubs, safety shoes and for some positions, N95 masks.
• Tasks include formulation of powders (chemicals), processing them into large blenders using a variety of equipment, packaging, and prepping materials.
• Other daily tasks are cleaning equipment, documentation, as well as some basic computer work.
• Extensive training will be provided in this role that is a great career opportunity.
• The shifts are 12-hour days, or 12-hour nights, on a two-week shift pattern (weekend work is scheduled, every other weekend).
