Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various machines and equipment. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure the safe and efficient operation of our fleet.

Responsibilities:

- Perform Corrective Maintenance (repairs) on more than 3 of these types of equipment/skills: Electrical systems ranging from 24 VDC to 480 AC 3 phase, Conveyor Systems (Belts & Pumps), Hydraulics, Pneumatics, PLC

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including: Lubricating, cleaning, and performing preventative maintenance to equipment and machinery.

- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs

- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions

- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex issues

- Repair or replace faulty components, such as conveyor belts

- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a Mechanic in manufacturing industry

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components

- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship

- Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.19 - $36.00 per hour
