GENERAL SUMMARY:
Install, repair, overhaul and maintain machinery according to plans/blueprints using a variety of trade skills in order to maintain companies production capabilities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair faulty production machinery using a variety of hand tools and power tools.
- Weld, solder and connect a variety of pipes, including copper, black iron, and PVC.
- Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Follow plans/blueprints to verify material components and specifications of machinery for installation or repair.
- Perform general plant maintenance, including heating and ventilation systems, lighting, plumbing and others as required.
- Test machinery and make any necessary adjustments.
- Move machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
- Perform maintenance on heating and air systems, lighting, and general repairs within the facility.
- Ability to demonstrate predictable, reliable, and timely attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to tear down and reassemble machinery according to plans/blueprints.
- Must be able to work within precise limits and standards for accuracy.
- Must be able to stand and bend constantly while perform work.
- Must be able to use hands and arms continuously.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and remain focused at all times.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team; interact appropriately with others.
- Ability to be read, write, and communicate effectively and understands basic math.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of three years related work experience in maintenance.
