The Job:
Southern Indiana Mill is currently seeking full-time production & general labor workers for All Shifts. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met promptly while observing the highest safety and quality standards. As a Manufacturing Laborer, your team relies on your efforts. Therefore, you will need to be reliable and punctual and regularly perform physical and repetitive tasks that support your production and team's goals.

In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met promptly while observing the highest safety and quality standards. As a Manufacturing Laborer, your team relies on your efforts. Therefore, you will need to be reliable and punctual and regularly perform physical and repetitive tasks that support your production and team's goals.
Compensation Manufacturing Laborer:
Starting wage (depending on position) for the Day Shift is $18.00; for the Night Shift, it is $19.58; for the Weekend Shift, is $20.58.
Schedules:
- Day Shift Schedule: (6:30 am – 5:00 pm) Monday-Thursday
- Night Shift Schedule: (6:30 pm – 5:00 am) Monday-Thursday
- Weekend Shift Schedule: (6:30 am – 7:00 pm) Friday-Sunday

Essential Duties Performed by a Manufacturing Associate:
- Keep up with fast-paced workplace and production speeds.
- Enjoys hands-on work
- Follow all company safety and quality requirements.
- Work cooperatively with other employees and supervisors.
- Regular and consistent attendance.
