Job Duties & Responsibilities:


We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer to oversee and improve manufacturing processes for CNC machined rifle and pistol components. The Manufacturing Engineer's responsibilities are as follows:

  • Design new processes from start to finish including machine selection, fixtures, gages, tooling, control plans, work instructions, tool life studies, and heat treat studies.
  • Identify areas for improvement and cost savings analysis.
  • Maintain high levels of organization and project management to ensure on-time delivery and product quality.
  • Determine problem resolutions and implement improvements.
  • Develope detailed layouts and routings for equipment, processes, and workflow.
  • Research and develop new processes, equipment, and products.
  • Maintain research, activity documentation, and preparing reports.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
Education and/or Experience:
  • Degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering required.
  • Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery.
  • Proficiency in Solidworks and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using CAD, CAM, data analysis programs, and related software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organization and management skills.
  • High level of technical expertise.
  • Strong analytical thinker.
  • Firearms manufacturing candidates strongly considered.
Working Conditions:
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
