Manufacturing Engineer (Marina/Yachts; relo to Hancock County, ME) Description

You will be responsible for streamlining production, introducing innovative product models, and cost reduction. Key tasks include developing and updating manufacturing documentation, coordinating bill of materials (BOM) changes, and implementing engineering modifications. Manufacturing Engineer (Marina/Yachts; relo to Hancock County, ME) Responsibilities
• Provide day to day support to streamline efficiencies
• Address product and process issues across departments
• Lead new model production, tackling design and construction challenges
• Create tools for enhanced productivity and cost reduction
• Drive labor and material cost reduction
• Update manufacturing documents for production
• Coordinate BOM development and changes for accuracy
• Develop labor costing for new products and ECN-driven changes
• Implement engineering changes with affected departments
Manufacturing Engineer (Marina/Yachts; relo to Hancock County, ME) Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing setting required
• Familiarity with CAD required
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
