Manufacturing Engineer I
Qualifications
- Engineering Degree (BS), in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Assembly and Manufacturing Tools and Techniques
- Materials Knowledge: Plastics, Metals
- Familiarity with Fabrication Techniques: Molding, Machining
- Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Presentation, Email Software
- Proficiency in Solidworks desired
- QMS Knowledge is a Plus
- Proficiency in Spanish Language is a Plus
Responsibilities:
- Working with cross functional team to support manufacturing of Electric Vehicle Charging System
- Support design, development, and verification of EV Charging System and smart device application
- Establish and improve manufacturing processes, including recommending production equipment
- Create assembly and test aids
- Establish engineering specifications and create engineering drawings
- Technical documentation review
- Perform technical tests and write technical reports
- Read technical procedures and follow the process
- Change order creation
- Assess nonconformances
- Generate procedures and reports
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 0 to 3 Years Engineering Experience
- Experience working in manufacturing environment desired
- Experience in evaluating, solving, and reporting on technical issues desired, preferably in organizations with established QMS
