Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Camarillo, California
Job Description:
• Work Instruction writing.
• Identify process improvement and support in productivity improvement initiative.
• Should have experience in high volume and high mix production environment.
• Experience in multi model line balancing and level loading.
• Knowledge on Lean manufacturing, Total quality management, Kaizen, 5s, Material tracking - Kanban, Poke - Yoka etc.
• Drive, Identify and Implement the key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity, and improve cycle time.
• Strong experience in developing operational methods like SOP, Work Instructions, Gemba according to required work.
• Should work in CFT team structure and perform on tight timelines
• Identify Countermeasures / Process improvements for eliminating NVA activities. .
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
