Manufacturing Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Coordinator to provide clerical support for Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, input and compile data for manufacturing yield reports – maintain accuracy of reporting processes.
• Compile and produce manufacturing metric reports, production and productivity reports.
• Inventory and adjust dyes, chemicals, and fiber monthly.
• Works with department manager to produce dye line run schedule and daily run sheet.
• Records merge ability of lots and implements thru manufacturing operating system.
• Make and complete batches and creel lots.
• Corrects shortage and back orders in manufacturing operating system.
• Performs back up duties for Customer Service.

Pre-requisite Skills:

• Oral and written communication skills
• General computer experience with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
• Telephone skills
• Accurate and detail oriented is a must
• Ability to remember details and handle many tasks
• Ability to relate well with peers and customers (internal and external)
• Planning and organizational skills

***$500 Sign-On Bonus paid after being employed 60 days!!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.79 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
