Overview
The manual lathe machinist is responsible for setting up and operating a manual lathe with digital readout to produce quality parts for our customers.

What you'll do
- Set up and operate a manual lathe with digital readout.
- Regularly inspect tools and equipment to produce precision parts.
- Communicate any delays, issues, or concerns to shop foreman.
- Responsible for ensuring your measuring equipment is accurate by using the standard in the inspection room.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you'll bring
- Proficient operating manual lathes (preferably with digital readout).
- 3 years’ experience as a machinist on a lathe (required).
- Skillful at producing quality parts with tight tolerances.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, etc.
