We are seeking a dynamic, empathetic, and bilingual Mandarin/Chinese speaking IVF Case Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position, perfect for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who is passionate about reproductive health and fertility treatments. As our IVF Case Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our Mandarin-speaking patients, guiding them through their fertility journey with compassion, understanding, and expert clinical guidance.
Responsibilities
1. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our Mandarin-speaking patients, ensuring that they feel supported and understood throughout their fertility journey.
2. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each patient, in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
3. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and our healthcare team, serving as an advocate and a liaison.
4. Educate patients about their treatment options, helping them to understand the benefits and risks associated with each one.
5. Coordinate appointments, procedures, and follow-up care, ensuring that patients receive the care they need when they need it.
6. Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary, in response to changes in their condition or treatment response.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all privacy and confidentiality regulations.
8. Provide emotional support to patients and their families, helping them to cope with the stress and uncertainty associated with fertility treatments.
Qualifications
1. Current and valid RN or LVN license.
2. CPR Certification.
3. Fluent in Mandarin or Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
4. Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a fertility clinic or reproductive health setting.
5. Strong clinical skills, with a thorough understanding of fertility treatments and procedures.
6. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and their families.
7. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and respect for patient privacy.
8. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
9. Compassionate and empathetic, with a genuine desire to help people build their families.
10. Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
11. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changes with flexibility and grace.
